Dear Team,

My name is Tom Courly, Founder & CEO of Sentian Energy. We are currently preparing a climate-tech energy optimization deployment at the Sheraton Phu Quoc Resort (Ganh Dau area) and are sourcing a qualified local electromechanical (M&E) or HVAC contractor based directly on the island to handle on-site installation.

We require one technician for a paid, 1-day pilot installation on a single villa occurring within the next 10–14 days. Successful execution of this pilot will lead to the primary installation contract for our full property rollout.

The Scope of Work Includes:

Mounting a 3-phase DIN-rail smart energy meter and attaching split-core CT clamps inside the distribution board (zero wire-cutting required).

Surface-mounting a wireless smart thermostat casing and wireless IoT occupancy/door sensors.

Acting under the direct, live online video guidance of our remote CTO, Matt, to complete wireless hardware pairing protocols.

Bên mình là Sentian Energy, đang tìm kiếm đơn vị nhà thầu cơ điện lạnh địa phương tại Phú Quốc để hỗ trợ lắp đặt thiết bị cho dự án tại Sheraton Phú Quốc (khu vực Gành Dầu). Bên mình cần 1 kỹ thuật viên triển khai gói gọn trong 1 ngày cho căn villa thử nghiệm, dự kiến diễn ra trong 10-14 ngày tới. Đội ngũ thi công xuất sắc sẽ được chọn làm nhà thầu chính cho toàn bộ khu resort.

Hạng mục bao gồm: Lắp đặt công tơ điện thông minh 3 pha (dạng kẹp CT không cắt dây), gắn thiết bị điều khiển điều hòa tường, gắn cảm biến IoT không dây, và phối hợp gọi video qua Zalo để Giám đốc công nghệ (CTO) Matt bên mình hướng dẫn kích hoạt hệ thống.
